Please make sure you input your correct billing address for your credit card (this is the address your credit card bill is sent to). If you want it shipped to a different address than the bill to address, please state reason under comments. We may have to call you to verify security information about your credit card.

When will my order ship?

We process orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We get most orders out the same or next day.  We will update your account which will send you an email with tracking information or will updated question if there is an issue with the order.  You can also access this information by logging into your account.

In the checkout process you can select from Flat Rate Shipping (See Below) or Express Shipping for your shipping preference.  Please allow 7-14 business days for orders to arrive. If we have a problem getting your product in stock we will notify you by email.

SHIPPING: All in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs. If an item is out of stock and is not expected within 48 hours, we will email you and give you a projected ship date. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping and email address on your order.

Domestic Shipping All domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground or United States Postal Service. This service takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you are in.

Shipping rates are a flat fee of $5.95 per order.

All orders ship for one low price of $5.95 no matter how many items you purchase.  Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS based on the best available for each order.  There are exceptions to flat rate shipping on exceptionally heavy items which only effect cleaning product and tubs of organic protein.  Additional shipping will me marked on products that it applies to.

What about international orders?

We do ship international. You have 1 shipping option USPS International. See above for details. We will charge your credit card a non-refundable "TEST" amount and ask you to verify that amount. This is a security feature. We may ask you to fax us your picture ID. After confirming your credit card, we will process your order. If the weight is high it may cost more.

How do you ship to the military?

We use the U. S. Post Office. They get it to the military and they take it from there. It is difficult to tell you how long it takes due to where you may be in the military.

How do you sell items so low?

We have very low overhead and we buy in large quantities. We like to pass this savings on to you and hope you stay with us as a long term customer.

RETURN POLICY: We unconditionally guarantee all orders for 30 days upon receipt which allows you to return or exchange any item no questions asked.  After 30 days only unopened and unexpired items can be returned.  All damaged or missing product issues are returned at Natures Organic Market's expense.  Items returned no questions asked are returned at the customer's expense.  No returns on special orders or clearance products/items. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped with no penalty. Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled and must be returned by the customer congruent with our return policy stated above. Filing a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. Natures Organic Market reports all internet crime to the proper authorities and turns the person over to our collection lawyers. Customers filing chargebacks are responsible for all fees incurred to collect the debt.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt.Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 24 hours so we may file claim with shipper. Email us at customer service Be certain to state your order #
